Awards Available

The 2023 Evolutionary, Ecological, and Conservation Genomics (EECG) Research Awards round is now open.

The AGA grants EECG Research Awards each year to graduate and post-doctoral researchers who are at a critical point in their research, where additional funds would allow them to conclude their research project and prepare it for publication.

Applications must be received no later than midnight PST on Dec 14, 2022.  Outcomes announced 15 March 2023.

The 2023 Special Events Awards (SEA) round will open Oct 15th

The AGA grants awards each year to members to support special events that further the purposes of the Association, particularly to encourage student participation. Eligible events include specialized workshops, short courses in some aspect of organismal genetics, and meetings in areas of great current interest, but any event that would advance the purpose of the Association is eligible for support.

Applications must be received no later than midnight PST on Dec 14, 2022.  Outcomes announced 1 April 2023.
